Hi all, I am responsible for the admin work this year, there are as you know  various things that needed to be sorted promptly for the weekend to run smoothly.

Firstly, I have spoken to Bassenfell Manor and unfortunately we can only stay from the Friday to the Sunday as previous years, not on the Thursday night as I had mentioned in the notices. So sorry about that!!

Rooms

I am sorting out the room arrangements for Bassenfell this year and if you would like a say in what type of room you would like you will need to let me know soon as its going to be very tight this year.

If you are single it would be much appreciated if could share a room with other single people (same sex of course!) as there are'nt many single rooms and plenty of 3-5 bedded rooms.

I will speak to people personally when I get the chance, but it would make my life much easier if you contact me directly.

Fees

The Cost will be £35 and it would make my life much easier if payments were made to myself as soon as possible to help cover costs for food and payment to Bassenfell. If you are definetly going this year you can bring the money to myself anytime (Sunday meeting/Homegroup...)
