Hello! Please forgive the adapted ‘round robin email, but here we go! In my latest bid for insanity, I’ve entered to run the Great North Run this year.  In case you're wondering, the Great North Run is half a marathon (13.1 miles), starting in Newcastle and ending in South Shields.  This year it's on 5th October and, as well as getting fit, I'm raising money for Kidney Research UK.
