The BIG Give Away!

Sunday 5pm - 7.30pm

What can you do?

Can you bring some CD's - a mixture of Carols, Christmas Contemporary, Christian and Chart? (How spooky that it all starts with C)!

Can you help to run a game with the kids - if yes talk to Moira or Tim or Rachel and see what they are doing and help them out?

Can you help to decorate the room? Can you buy the decorations (we will reimburse you), are you tall or small and can put things on walls or tables etc?

Can you help to do a quiz for the adults? movie, music, general knowledge that kind of thing (not too hard as we aren't all masterminds!)

Can you help serve some food?

Can you help to put food and presents together into hampers? Ask Moira and Rachel W, how you can help.

It's all good fun and it is Christmas!

Ray is making his annual pilgrimage to the TV lounge to watch Scrooge :)
I on the other hand am dusting off the carol CD's and planning a few nights in with hot chocolate and my CD's!!

Please can we have some volunteers to help organize "The Big Give Away"?

Moira has already volunteered and Rachel W is putting some posters together.

I am going to be asking folk to do things from Nov onwards - this will include jobs like:

Someone organising food, someone to organise a quiz, someone to buy or make christmas cards, someone to buy presents, someone to prepare a kids pass the parcel, someone to source a fake snow machine etc etc

please do let me have your names :)
