We will be collecting again for Millbank on Sunday 18th of May: As part of our commitment to our friends at Millbank, we will be collecting non-perishable goods for them on SUNDAY 18th MAY at church. Please bring things like:
- Tins of food that can be heated quickly eg beans, fun spaghetti for kids, raviolli, mince, veg, tuna, soup etc
- Breakfast cereals, biscuits, cereal bars
- Packet foods that recquire the addition of milk or water eg packets of pasta mix, angel delight etc
- Dried Food - rice, pasta, dried fruit, sugar
- Jars - pasta sauce, jam, honey, cooking sauces
- jars of baby food
- Anything along the lines of: shower gel, soap, shampoo, nappies, toothbrushes, moisturiser, cotton wool etc etc
All items must be unopened. Remember Buy one get one free, and cheaper shops like aldi or lidl :) Or not so cheaper shops if you want to buy something really nice....(what would you like?) A little goes a long way....and most of us have so much that we wouldn't even notice the difference. Bring what you have to church and give to Ray - who will arrange delivery :) Thank you! R.

There will be no one organising this walk it is a turn up and see who else turns up affair!
Suggestion is that you meet at Worden Park in Leyland as most people hopefully know where that is.
Sunday 10.30am for a wallk, probably best place to meet is the main car park.
It is a casual arrangement so there maybe just you or twenty folk.
if you turn up, I'd suggest folk wait for 5 mins to see who else arrives and then set off.
Could be muddy!
Enjoy!!!
