Avencentral Partnership  Popular
Avencentral - is the area of Preston which includes Avenham and the City Centre. Fishergate Baptist Church is cited within this catchment area, this is the neighbouhood of Preston Vineyard Church. The partnership is funded via the government's Single Regeneration Budget (Round 6) and is overseeing the implementation of a £57m regeneration programme in Preston City Centre and surrounding neighbourhoods.
