Avencentral Partnership 
Avencentral - is the area of Preston which includes Avenham and the City Centre.
Fishergate Baptist Church is cited within this catchment area, this is the neighbouhood of Preston Vineyard Church.
The partnership is funded via the government's Single Regeneration Budget (Round 6) and is overseeing the implementation of a £57m regeneration programme in Preston City Centre and surrounding neighbourhoods.

PANDA
We May Be Able To Help You - Preston's Mediation Service (PANDA)
A team of specially trained volunteer mediators are available to help neighbours resolve disputes amicably before the conflict reaches crisis point. Such disputes often involve problems with noise.
Disputes between neighbours are on the increase and often arise when people don’t understand each other’s way of life. Sometimes things get out of control and neighbours take the law into their own hands.
PANDA is the first of its kind in Lancashire. So if you have a dispute with your neighbour then telephone 01772- 558978.
